Ten Kobelco mining excavators were delivered to the site in a centralized manner
These 10 equipment units include the 30-ton SK390LC-12 and SK350LC-12, the 50-ton SK550XD-11E, and the 60-ton SK600XD-11E. Among them, the SK550XD-11E, as Kobelco’s brand-new “ultra-hardcore” mining machine, was delivered in a batch of 5 units.
The SK550XD-11E is equipped with a powerful 348kW Isuzu 6WG1 engine, which meets the China IV emission standard and requires no urea, ensuring energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. Its small arm excavation force ranges from 246-271kN, and the bucket excavation force ranges from 304-334kN, making it suitable for hard rock conditions. With a 6.5m boom and a 3m small arm, it has a wide operating range. Its travel traction force is 409kN, providing strong climbing ability. The hydraulic and electrical control system is optimized, paired with a lightweight electric joystick for fast response and easy operation. The sealed cab is equipped with air conditioning and air suspension seats, providing comfortable driving experience. The working device is designed with enhanced strength, the chassis components are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the key components are highly reliable. The engine compartment layout is reasonable, with sufficient accessory supply, making maintenance time-saving and effortless.
